Peace of Mind Wealth Management and its associated insurance agency, POM Insurance Agency Inc. (collectively, “POM,” “we,” “us”) want every purchase to be fair and clear. This policy covers the two kinds of products sold on new.pom365.com.
E&O (Errors & Omissions) enrollment fee — $300
The E&O enrollment fee activates professional-liability coverage for a POM agent. Because coverage is enrolled and effective immediately upon payment:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided no claim has been opened and coverage has not yet been relied upon.
- After 7 days, or once coverage has been used, the enrollment fee is non-refundable for the covered term.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
Books and other merchandise
- Physical books: returnable within 30 days in unused, resalable condition; refund less return shipping.
- Digital / e-books: non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except for proven technical defects.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, the payment date, and the order/payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days via our payment processor (Stripe).
