These Terms govern your use of new.pom365.com, operated by Peace of Mind Wealth Management and its associated insurance agency, POM Insurance Agency Inc. (collectively, “POM,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
Products & services
- E&O enrollment fee ($300): a one-time professional-liability enrollment charged to POM-appointed agents under the agency's E&O program. This is an agent enrollment/compliance fee — not the sale of a third-party consumer insurance policy.
- Books and merchandise: sold as described on their product pages.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and settle to the POM entities' business bank account. Prices are in U.S. dollars. By paying, you authorize the charge and confirm your information is accurate. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Eligibility & accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Agent services depend on a valid appointment with POM Insurance Agency Inc.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, POM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
